Se encuentra usted en un sitio que pretende ser un punto de encuentro de todos aquellos interesados en ese individuo singular ("hiin enkelte"), solitario y melancólico, que fue Søren Aabye Kierkegaard (1813-1855). Además de este objetivo genérico, es mi propósito divulgar todo lo posible el pensamiento y la obra del ilustre danés, especialmente en España; así como recoger y dar a conocer todo tipo de información sobre él (bibliografía, traducciones, congresos, etc.) a nivel mundial que, junto con las necesarias colaboraciones en forma de artículos, reseñas, etc., conformarán el cuerpo de una nueva revista kierkegardiana. Por otro lado, quiero animar a la comunidad de estudiosos de Kierkegaard en nuestro país a participar en este gran proyecto, que ha culminado con la creación de una Sociedad Hispánica de Amigos de Kierkegaard (S.H.A.K.).

This is a site that tries to be a meeting point of all those interested in this singular individual ("hiin enkelte"), solitarily and melancholy, who was Søren Aabye Kierkegaard (1813-1855). Besides this generic aim, it is my intention to spread as much as possible the thought and work of the illustrious Danish, specially in Spain; as well as to gather and to extend all kinds of information on him (bibliography, translations, congresses, etc.) worldwide that, together with the necessary collaborations in the shape of articles, reviews, etc., will form the body of a new kierkegaardian magazine. On the other hand, I want to encourage to the kierkegaardian researchers in our country to taking part in this great project, which has culminated with the creation of a Hispanic Society of Friends of Kierkegaard (S.H.A.K.).

- -THE SIXTH INTERNATIONAL KIERKEGAARD CONFERENCE
- CALL FOR PAPERS“Why Kierkegaard Still Matters”The Hong Kierkegaard Library will hold its Sixth International Kierkegaard Conference June 27-30, 2010. As in the past, the conference will include a dissertation panel. The topic of the conference is “Why Kierkegaard still Matters.” Not coincidentally, this is the same issue that will be explored in the festschrift for Robert Perkins to be published by Mercer University Press in November of 2010. Scholars interested in presenting papers should send an abstract to Gordon Marino by February 1st, 2010 and a completed paper by April 15, 2010. A reading length of 20 minutes will again be strictly observed. People willing to serve as commentators on papers should contact Gordon Marino. There will also be a workshop pegged to the question, “What is the relevance of Kierkegaard to the clergy today?” People interested in guiding or participating in that workshop should email Gordon Marino at marino@stolaf.edu

- NOTICIA IMPORTANTE: Aprovechando la celebración del Sexto Congreso Internacional sobre Kierkegaard en la Hong Kierkegaard Librery el próximo junio (ver más arriba), se va a poner en marcha el SEMINARIO IBEROAMERICANO DE TRADUCCCIÓN que en su día iniciaron Begonya Sáez Tajafuerce y Álvaro Valls. Las cuestiones que se van a tratar serían las siguientes: 1) Proyectos de traducción ya existentes. Prioridades de textos a traducir. Nuevas propuestas. 2) Vocabulario técnico de importancia filosófica que merezca alguna consideración. 3) Correcciones o críticas de las traducciones ya existentes.
